
A man on a mission, is one way to describe Andrew McFayden. He learned the ancient Celtic language of his ancestors, Scottish Gaelic, as an adult and quickly immersed himself in the song tradition. Andrew has a teaching degree in French and a Masters thesis written on the subject of Gaelic revitalization in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia. He is a teacher, sharer, and mentor who is always ready to teach and share what he knows. He has recorded and released two cds of Gaelic songs
