Andrew Howie is a singer-songwriter from Scotland. From 2000 – 2013 he released a vast amount of music under the name Calamateur. You can find it at http://music.calamateur.com. His new album, The Great Divide, is the first to be released under his own name. It retains many of the characteristics of his work as Calamateur (guitar-based songs submersed in other-wordly electronica) but is a huge step-forward in terms of songwriting and production.
