About American Stoner
American Stoner is a highly influential alternative/post-rock band from Doylestown, Pennsylvania that formed in 2006 by James Sowden and Ken Snyder. The original lineup consisted of both Sowden and Snyder on guitar, Chris Frantz on Drums, and Ryan Ritchey on bass guitar. After several lineup changes, the current band members presently consist of Sowden and Snyder. The band draws much of their influence from mega-giant alternative bands including Coldplay, The Smiths, and Spoon.
