amador is an epic-rock group from north america. started in the early 2000's by colorado musicians thomas himes (guitars, pianos, synthesizers) and peyton dawson (bass guitars, cello, keyboards, sampling), amador exemplifies the heavy use of guitar effects (fuzz boxes, modulators, delay pedals, filers) and noise partnered with traditional rock and classical instrumentation to create epic soundscapes and post-rock masterpieces.
