About Alex Gladwin
Alex is a solo artist from greater London in England. Started playing the guitar at around the age of 14 and then also picked up the bass and basic keyboard skills, as well as beginning to write songs, influenced mainly by his favourite bands of the time such as Oasis, The Verve and other mid-90s Britpop bands from his childhood. He was then influenced by a more acoustic and keys based sound because of bands like Travis, Coldplay and later Snow Patrol and Embrace, as well as other influenced such as REM, The Cranberries, The Beatles and more.
