About Alevi
Alevi is Osher Levi and John Alevizakis, and this is the story of how "The Red Sea" album was created.... In 2005 we left California and traveled to Israel, Osher's country of birth, we stayed at the old port town of Jaffa, Israel. It claimed to be the oldest port town in history, having been occupied by everyone from the Egyptians, the Greeks, the Romans, the Turks, etc etc.. We were subleting our friend's apartment for a few months while deciding whether or not Israel would become our new home.
