About Alejandro Susti
In 1982, I began my solo career accompanied by musicians of my generation such as Manuel Miranda, Abelardo Oquendo and Arturo Pinto. My musical proposal fused rock and new trova with Peruvian music: coastal and Andean. The songs from that stage were “Río de mi País”, “Sabor alelí” and “Canción blanca”, songs that I recorded in the studio, the last of which reached a massive diffusion in Arequipa.
