The foundation was laid by guitarist Shawn Baravetto and drummer Rock Adams. Frontman Greg T. and bassist Isaiah Mark soon joined in and Alabama Black Snake began slithering through some sleazy rock 'n roll sets. Adams left the band due to differences of opinion, but has been replaced by Johnny “Pops” Dryden
