AGST, real name August Bäckman, is a Swedish electronic music producer and composer who, despite spending two and a half years of his childhood in Germany, has lived almost his entire life in Sweden’s capital, Stockholm. Grandson to a passionate jazz musician, AGST learned the basics of the piano at an early age (a skill which has formed the basis for his catchy chord progressions).
