Agáthon Korónes was a Byzantine monk and chant composer active in the first half of the fourteenth century. He is known from the manuscript tradition as the brother of the chant composer Xenos Korones and is associated with the cultivated monastic repertory of late Byzantine liturgical music. His surviving output is extremely limited but securely documented. Agáthon is credited with a Communion Verse for Christmas, preserved in musical manuscripts now held by the National Library of Greece in Athens.
