Advice from a Caterpillar are a Pop-Rock/Melodromatic Folk band from Manchester, UK. The group formed in Spring 2011 from a mutual committed ambition to seriously pursue a career in songwriting and to push the conventions of modern music. the five-piece combine elements of ambience and folk (inspired by the likes of Bon Iver, Cassino and City and Colour) with catchy melodic, pop hooks (in the same vein as The Beach Boys, Minus the Bear, Nizolpi) to create a unique and intense sound.
