Add The River, took shape in March 1999. First band name was "Space Dye Vest", with Jim Manikis on vocals, Alex Manikis & Akis Pastras on guitars, Stratos Kapolas on bass & John Vaskos on drums. Two months later, they released their first demo (live rehearsal recording), with compositions in the alternative rock way. Before Jim's Manikis replacement by Akis Pastras on vocals, they released their second five track studio demo,with the collaboration of Septic Flesh's frontman Spyros A.
