Aaron Eckstaedt, born in 1968 in the Lower Rhine, studied music, education and literature in the Ruhr area and at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. In recent years he has published writings on music education and Jewish music. As a musicologist and music educator, he taught and conducted research at various universities, he is currently a senior teacher for the subjects of music and German as well as coordinator for cultural and public relations at the school Othmarschen in Hamburg.
