About A Sea of Leaves
A Sea of Leaves is a shoegaze/indie rock band from Santos, Brazil which was started in march of 2007. Apart from shoegaze, their sound is influenced by post-punk and post rock bands. Moreover they cite art, poetry, cinema and comic books as influences. The topics of the songs include life and death, broken hearts, social degeneration and the never ending struggle between "Good" and "Evil". Their just released 1st EP called "Time in overdrive" can be downloaded for free from Pisces Records.
