A Citizen Above Suspicion is a rock band based in the UK. Formed in late 2001 by brothers Paul (guitar) and Ross (vocals) Shepherd, who were driven to write their own material based on a love of music by the likes of David Bowie, Pink Floyd, Faith No More, Manic Street Preachers, Radiohead, Queens of the Stone Age and Nine Inch Nails, the band's current incarnation is completed by Stephen Simmons (keyboards) and Grant Tulley (drums). Self-produced and -released EPs followed in 2002 and 2003
