A long-time solo project of Noel'le Longhaul (Loone, Mallory, VILLULIA), which has had brief manifestations as a collaborative project. A Cackle or a Coughing Fit has played one show in the three years its music has existed. Much of this music has been recorded in abandoned underground tunnels in Providence, Rhode Island.
