7Envy is Gritty Rock band from Freehold NJ that combines melodic and lyrical vocals with hard rock guitar riffs built on a solid rhythmic foundation. 7Envy began as a singer/songwriter duo in 2007 with Kelly Bennett and Jose Valencia. During the first two years, the duo performed in various venues throughout the tri state area. Growing tired of being pigeon holed in a genre they really did not belong in, they reinvented their sound and began the quest to look for a band.
