5051 were a hardcore band from San Diego in the early 80s. They recorded a self-titled 7" in January 1982 at Western Audio, which was released on the Biased Music label (#10). Tracks from the record appeared on Version Sound's 'Charred Remains' tape, the 'Our Blow Out' tape released on Slow Death, and Grand Theft Audio's 'High Road To Obscurity' CD. 5051 was: David Klowden...vocals Sam Topper...guitar Squirrel...Guitar Scott Harber...bass Joel Roop...drums
