45CEP (.45 Caliber Eugenics Program) was an Industrial Power Noise act from Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, comprised of Jason Chambers and Alex Kovacs. 45CEP performed several shows in Ottawa and were generally violent and obnoxious on stage. Their last show at Cafe dekcuF ended with both members brawling and fighting on stage while beating each other with their instruments. They remain good friends to this day, seperated by most of the geography of Canada (one living in Alberta, the othe in Quebec).
