21 Lucifers is a metal band from Falun, Sweden, formed in early 2002. The band was founded by Erik Skoglund (formerly of Five More Victims), Björn Åström (Bludge), and Ola Berg (formerly of Without Grief). The group initially performed under the name Gridlock and played grindcore-influenced metal. After the addition of guitarist Nicklas Lindh, the band recorded an early two-song demo. During this period, the band expanded its musical style to include elements of death metal and thrash metal.
